Police in St. Louis are investigating threats made against the rapper Lil Xan that ultimately forced him to cancel his show there earlier this month

According to TMZ, authorities are looking into local rapper VladHQ. Vlad repeatedly threatened Xan in the days leading up to his planned concert at a local venue called The Pageant. In one video, Vlad can be seen spraying a pond with bullets and threatening to do something similar at Xan's show.

TMZ also shared a photo of the rapper surrounded by guns. According to the gossip website, he posted the photo with the caption "hi Lil Xan see ya later at your show."

Vlad has collected posts related to his beef with Lil Xan on his Instagram. While it's largely indecipherable, it seems to stem from Vlad thinking Lil Xan owes him money. According to his Instagram, Vlad has already been questioned by the FBI over his threats made against Xan.

The rapper has made hay out of Lil Xan's decision to cancel the St. Louis show. After the news broke that the "Betrayed" rapper wasn't going to play, Vlad released a video for the cleverly titled "Lil Xan Diss." The video begins with news clips of the story that Xan was forced to cancel before Vlad raps "don't come to St. Louis without my cash, come through my city you gon' need a casket."
