A Michigan man was arrested late last month after he called the police to report a woman who backed out of their deal involving a sexual act in exchange for $10.

Saginaw Police Detective Sgt. Matthew Gerow said authorities received a call at 7:52 a.m. Saturday from the unidentified 34-year-old man who demanded officers come to his home because he paid $10 to a woman for a sexual act, only for her to renege on their agreement. He wanted his money back, according to MLive.com

When police arrived at the residence, the woman, 24, was still there. From what authorities could observe, there didn’t appear to be evidence of a physical altercation prior to their arrival.

The man was charged with accosting and solicitation, while the woman was arrested on a prostitution charge. The two have since been released on bond.
