For NYFW, John Elliott decided to dedicate his latest collection to the West Coast at Pier 62 Skatepark in New York City. The Spring/Summer 2019 runway event debuted Elliott’s second women’s collection alongside its latest offerings for men, in a show aptly titled “LOS ANGELES.” Check out a replay of the show up top.
Not only is the show an homage to Elliott’s home base, but it’s also sponsored by the city and includes L.A.-inspired merch for its guests.
The designer, who has found fans in Kanye West, Pusha-T, J Balvin, and more, brought in rising rapper, Cactus Jack signee, and fashion savant Sheck Wes to model in his latest show.
LeBron James, Ben Simmons, Nick Young, Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin, and more were also in attendance.
This collection follows a number of other successful drops from John Elliott this year, most notably his John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon shoe, which was worn by James for the first time ahead of Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
