Beats and Better™ Gift Shop are teaming up with the NBA to release a limited-edition Powerbeats Pro.

The collab comes as a celebration of the NBA’s 75th anniversary season, and will be launched on Saturday, Feb. 19 during the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.

Featuring both the Better™ and the NBA’s iconic logos, the reimagined Powerbeats Pro design uses pops of red and blue over a cream canvas, and features interchangeable red and blue ear tips. The charging case and outer packaging were designed by Vancouver artist Shay Semple.

“At Better™, we strive to push boundaries and authenticate representation—and this collaboration does exactly that. Working with artist Shay Semple, one of the first to incorporate hand-painted artwork onto a Beats charging case, made this even more special,” says Avi Gold, founder of Better™ Gift Shop. “From a young age, I grew up being inspired by so many subcultures, music genres and watching NBA games, fueled by their energy. Now, it feels so surreal to see life come full circle.”

The Powerbeats Pro earphones feature 24-hour battery life, Fast Fuel charging, Class 1 Bluetooth compatibility, and more. Starting Saturday, they’ll be available for $329.95 CAD at the NBA online store and at Better™ Gift Shop in Toronto, as well as in a few U.S. retailers.
