Aaron Hernandez’s Biography Will Have 'Shocking Revelations’ About His Murder Trial

Jose Baez's book on Aaron Hernandez will supposedly be the definitive insider account of the former Patriots' players life and death.

Jose Baez's biographical tell-all of his former client and NFL star Aaron Hernandez is set to be released on August 21, and he's made it clear that the book will be the "definitive insider" account on Hernandez. Baez's book Unnecessary Roughness: The Life and Death of Aaron Hernandez will contain a forward from Hernandez's fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, who helped Baez in the creation and writing of the book. Baez also told the Associated Press that the book will provide "shocking revelations" about Hernandez's troubling story. Baez is known to have made comments regarding his disbelief of Hernandez's alleged death by suicide, saying his client was "looking forward to an opportunity for a second chance to prove his innocence."

Baez was Hernandez's defense attorney and had been working closely with the former Patriots player during his 2012 double murder case, as well as his 2013 appeal for the murder of Odin Lloyd, from which he was serving life in prison. Less than a week after Hernandez was found not guilty of the 2012 drive-by murder charges, he was discovered dead in his cell from an apparent suicide

Baez is also known for working on high-profile cases involving Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman.
