Footage obtained by TMZ Sports showed the former UFC champion and the woman sharing a drink and conversing inside the club before he ended up leaving the area. According to TMZ, the clips were shot around 12:40 a.m. inside the Kaseya Center in Miami, about 30 minutes after the woman claimed McGregor attacked her inside a bathroom.
Ariel Mitchell, the woman's attorney told TMZ that the video showed her client and McGregor acting "visibly awkwardly interacting with each other" which wasn't the vibe before the alleged rape went down.
"My client has always stated that there would be video of before and after, and in those videos she emphasized that the difference in the interactions between them would be visibly noticeable," Mitchell said in a statement to TMZ Sports. "This again is another video that supports what my client has been saying and supports what she told the police since the inception of this incident."
Barbara R. Llanes, McGregor's attorney, came to his defense and stated the video inside the club only proves the woman's allegations are completely false.
"While the claimant's story has changed yet again," Llanes said in a statement. "Our account of the evening has never changed. This video only reinforces our position. We look forward to the swift conclusion of the investigation."
Several pieces of footage have surfaced from that night showing McGregor and the alleged victim interacting throughout night. In one video, the UFC fighter stood next to the woman while she recorded and flexed his bicep.
A second video showed McGregor grabbing the woman's hand and walking into a bathroom with her. The woman claimed while in the bathroom, the 34-year-old kissed her without consent, forced her to perform oral sex, and attempted to sodomize her. McGregor has since denied the claims.
