Antonio Brown is no stranger to making headlines, and the latest one has him claiming he has Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).

On Monday, the seven-time Pro Bowler shared a post on X, formerly Twitter, where he's showing off several iced-out rings, with the most notable piece being what appeared to be a finger wrap for his middle digit. A woman with a split tongue popped into the video and started licking the diamond-encrusted finger wrap.

In his caption, the Super Bowl champion said the woman knew he has CTE, which was why she licked his finger. "She know I got CTE that's why she licking me," AB said.

Now, CTE can not be diagnosed if the person being studied is still alive. The only way to check a brain for CTE is under a microscope, and doctors are only able to do that through an autopsy. However, experts "can still make a presumptive diagnosis based on your symptoms and a physical and neurological exam," according to Cleveland Clinic.

Antonio Brown's abnormal behavior since arguing with Tampa Bay Buccaneers coaches and taking off his pads while running off the field in the middle of a game in 2022 has people believing he does have the brain condition.

In 2019, Antonio Brown told ESPN, "If I had CTE I wouldn't be able to have this beautiful gym, I wouldn't be able to be creative. I wouldn't be able to communicate. I'm perfectly fine."

He added that the nasty hit he took from Vontaze Burfict in 2016 was his first big hit in 10 years, claiming that he rarely got walloped despite admitting football players will get steamrolled.

"I didn't take that many big hits," Brown added. "I had like one big hit in 10 years. Anybody who plays this game, they're going to get hit hard. He didn't hit me that hard. You know, I got up and walked off the field."

It's important to note that Antonio Brown has played 12 seasons in the NFL and his time as a wide receiver has him ranked 21st all-time in receptions. That also means amongst wide receivers and tight ends, Brown is also one of the most tackled NFL players of all-time.

Antonio Brown's latest stunt comes after ESPN reported he allegedly threatened players on his National Arena League Team, the Albany Empire, with a gun.
