Naomi Osaka and Cordae have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, People reports.

"They are doing well," a source told the outlet.

The couple first revealed that they were expecting in January on Instagram. "Can't wait to get back on the court but here's a little life update for 2023,” she wrote at the time, alongside a photo of her ultrasound.

"The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that it's the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun. These few months away from the sport has really given me a new love and appreciation for the game I've dedicated my life to," she continued.

"I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I'm looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, 'that's my mom,' haha," Osaka added, before promising that her fans will see her back on the court for Australian Open in 2024.

In June, Osaka and Cordae shared that they were expecting a girl with a baby shower decked out with pink and purple balloons. A photo of the pro tennis player showed her posing in front of a sign that reads, “A little princess is on the way.” Another photo showed Cordae kissing Osaka on the belly.
