Johnny Manzielmay be planning on playing in the NFL next season. But between (allegedly) trashing a rental property in Los Angeles and hanging out with Drake’s dad at Coachella, it doesn’t seem like he’s really all that committed to preparing to play again. During a very brief interview with TMZ Sports this week, though, he claimed otherwise.
A TMZ Sports cameraman asked Manziel if he’s been finding any time to work out. And he very sarcastically responded by talking about his current workout routine.
“Every day, baby,” he said. “Every single day. I’m in the mountains. You see that hill? I’m all the way up.”
We feel bad for the poor cameraman who’s now been assigned to scope out the mountains for any sign of Johnny Football. Sorry, guy, but I don’t think he’s showing up today. Or tomorrow. Or…
