Another day, another Johnny Manziel story that has absolutely nothing to do with football.

The ex-complete waste of a Browns draft pick finds himself being threatened with a lawsuit by a real estate broker who claims Manziel and his friends did an estimated $32,000 worth of damage over the course of two days to his $4.5 million West Hollywood rental property last week. The back-to-back all-night parties thrown at the mansion reportedly led to his neighbors, including comedienne Kathy Griffin, to call the cops.

The allegations against Manziel include: a busted bathroom door and glass table, cigarette and wine stains on the carpet, and—probably most damning of all for a guy whose own agent threatened to leave him if he doesn't "get treatment"—alcohol and drugs scattered all around the premises.

In fact, the property owner Nicholas Goodwin says that Manziel & Co. were supposed to vacate the home by noon after their two-day rental period expired, but when he went to check on the place, the former Heisman winner was reportedly "passed out" at 2 p.m. and there were "mushrooms [still out] on the table in front of him" as well as cocaine spread out across a table in the kitchen.

He added: "If they don’t respond to our demand for compensation, we will sue.”
