Juggling family and work has been difficult for Nick Cannon.

The actor and host opened up about his family life in a new episode of Paramount+ā€™s The Checkup with Dr. David Agus, where Cannon said, ā€œBeing a father of multiple kids, itā€™s always the biggest guilt on me is that I donā€™t get to spend enough time with all my children.ā€ He continued, ā€œOne ā€™cause Iā€™m constantly working and two because Iā€™m just spread thin.ā€

Cannon currently has 11 children and is expecting his 12th with Abby De La Rosa. He shares 18-month-old twin sons Zion and Zillion and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Rosa as well.

Lil Duval commented on The Shaderoomā€™s post about Cannonā€™s feelings, and it seems the father of 11 had time to respond. There was more tension in the comments than on two battling drum lines.

Cannonā€™s oldest kids are 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He has three kids, Golden, Princess, and Rise with his ex, Brittany Bell, and a 5-month-old son Legendary Love with Brie Tiesi. He has another 3-month-old daughter, Onyx Ice with LaNisha Cole. He is expecting a child with Alyssa Scott. The pair shared another child together, Zen, who died from brain cancer when he was 5 months old.

Earlier this month marked the one-year anniversary of Zenā€™s passing. CannonĀ paid tributeĀ to his son with an Instagram post:Ā ā€œI canā€™t believe itā€™s been a year already since the toughest day of my life occurred,ā€ Cannon wrote. ā€œSuch a painful anniversary. Losing a child has to be the heaviest, most dark, and depressive experience that I will never get over. A mixture of guilt, pain, and sorrow is what I suppress daily.ā€
