Tiffany Haddish Wants Cardi B's Music to Play at Her Funeral

"That funeral would be a straight party."

Tiffany Haddish is a celebrity for the people. She fangirls over Beyoncé, she keeps it real with haters and paparazzi, and she's generally so hilarious that she can make just about any mundane scenario sound funny. In her latest interview with Marie ClaireHaddish became all the more relatable when she explained that she wants Cardi B's music played at her funeral.

The Girls Trip breakout star has been on a roll lately with her wildly popular standup specials, hosting gigs, and TV and movie roles that just keep on coming. Haddish's down-to-earth nature and boisterous personality is largely the same reasons that Cardi B is so appealing as well. So it's no surprise to see that Haddish admires the Bronx-born rapper as much as we do.

When it came to what music she'd want played at her funeral, Haddish had to say, "A compilation of hip-hop from the ‘90s and ‘80s and maybe one Cardi B song. ‘Little bitch you can’t fuck with me...’ That funeral would be a straight party."

Though an atypical answer, it makes perfect sense for someone as fun and out-there as Haddish. As she explained, she wants people to be happy and celebrating her life—and putting on Cardi B is one sure fire way to get a party going.

"I want people to be celebrating the life I lived, not mourning it," she told Marie Claire.

Haddish also talked about her bucket list, which she called a "tub list," saying,  "I want to go to every single country. I want to buy two streets that intersect and call them Tiffany and Haddish, and I want to open a youth center, a job-training center, a mental-health department, and a whole art center there." She continued by saying she wants "to go on a date with Michael B. Jordan. I want a fried-chicken-and-girls’ night with Michelle Obama. There’s a lot of things I want to do, girl."
