Lil Rel Howery used Beyoncé's Renaissance tour stop at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, as the backdrop for his proposal to his girlfriend, Dannella Lane.

The proposal took place on Monday night, the last of three shows for Beyoncé at SoFi, and Howery documented the lead-up to him popping the question. In a video montage he shared on Instagram, the comedian showed off the ring and kissed it while on his way to the show.

Howery finally met up with Lane at the stadium, and the two enjoyed the show while Bey tore the house down with her performance. At one point, the montage cuts to showing Beyoncé and Lane on the jumbo screen before Howery got on one knee as his girlfriend turned her head.

The next clip in the montage shows the diamond ring on Lane's finger before she embraces her new fiancé with several hugs and kisses. In his caption, Howery revealed Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, and Jay-Z helped with the proposal.

"SHE SAID YES!!!! What a story lol," Howery wrote in the caption. "Thanks @mstinaknowles and Jay for helping make this special moment happen. Tonight @beyonce put on an amazing B Day show thanks for letting have a little time on your show lol to make @dannellalane my fiancée… Love On Top!!! #LoveIsInTheAir #TheProposal."

Lane also shared a photo of the ring in her Instagram Story and posted a video as well. In her caption, Lane called Howery "the man of her dreams."

"OMG OMG OMG!!! Wait let me pinch myself!," she said. "Yep it's real OMG OMG OMG!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY I SAID YES to the man of my dreams, my sweetface, my answered prayer! @comedianlilrel babe you put our love on TOP and I'm honored and grateful!!!"

She continued, "On the car ride home I said 'what am I going to do with you' and you replied 'we have the rest of our lives to figure it out' OMG OMG. Thank you @mstinaknowles @beyonce and @jayz for helping my FIANCÉ pull this off and for sharing your bday with us! A whole Fiancé at Beyoncé!!!!”

In another post shared on Tuesday, Howery broke down how the proposal went down. He explained he knew it was the right time because God spoke to him and told him the moment was right. Not one to go against his fate, Howery took a trip to Tiffany's and purchased the engagement ring.

He added that Tina Knowles advised he pop the question while Beyoncé performed "Love On Top" and Jay-Z put the battery in his back to share the proposal on the jumbo screen. However, Howery nearly missed his moment as he went to use the bathroom right when the song started playing.

"As soon as I started to use the bathroom, I started hearing [the opening notes] and I couldn't stop my pee!" Howery revealed. "I'm rushing back…The camera's set up. I can't find my seat. I don't know why I got confused. Maybe because of the moment, I'm nervous. So I ran in and then I ran back out to retrace my steps."

Howery finally arrived as Beyoncé was waiting for him to pop the question, with Lane adding that the singer was over him for nearly fumbling the proposal. But the comedian once again thanked the Carter family and Tina Knowles for all the help they didn't have to do offer,
