Jamie Foxx has gotten back to work following a medical scare that kept him out of the spotlight for months.

According to TMZ, Foxx was back on a film set shooting a commercial for BetMGM last Wednesday in Las Vegas at the Aria Resort and Casino. The actor had been out of action for almost four months, and he reportedly came back in amazing shape.

Pictures obtained by TMZ show Foxx sitting in the cockpit of a golden F1 race car, and the commercial is set to air right before the start of the NFL season. Foxx also took to his Instagram with a post of him on set.

“Thankful for my @betmgm family and a great few nights in Vegas. We got BIG things coming soon 🦊,” Foxx captioned his post.

Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky who’s also starring in the commercial with Foxx, shared a post of him and the actor backstage as well.

“Great to be in Vegas working with @iamjamiefoxx and @betmgm,” Gretzky wrote. “One of the best nights of my life with the greatest person. Big things coming soon…”

Jamie Foxx has been busy this month getting back to his regular life. TMZ reported seeing Foxx getting a game of Topgolf in, helping people recover their lost purses, and playing pickleball.

In one of his first sightings since being hospitalized in April, Foxx was seen riding on a boat in good spirits in Chicago on Sunday. A group of people had saw him and let out a huge cheer which caused the actor to wave back.
