Vivica A. Fox has never shied away from talking about her former paramour 50 Cent.

The actress once again broached the topic of her ex in a recent appearance on Sherri Shepherd’s eponymous talk show Sherri.

“Well, [Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez] did it again. Why not?” Fox joked when Shepherd asked if she was looking to reunite with the rapper.

Fox also responded to comments Fif made earlier this year about her upcoming biopic, The First Lady of BMF. “I took it as a compliment. I did. I was like, ‘That was his way of showing support.’ Thanks, boo,” the 58-year-old said.

Back in late March, 50 reacted to news of Fox’s project, writing on Instagram, “This should say 263, not BMF.” He continued, “What the f*ck is this man! Vivica ugh, so [you’re] not gonna ever leave me alone hun ?”

Fox is set to direct the project, which will debut on BET+ later this year.

Elsewhere in the intervew with Shephard, Fox commented on 50’s relationship with girlfriend Cuban Link, who was recently seen sporting an enormous engagement-like ring.

“[50 Cent] has a beautiful girlfriend by the name of Cuban Link,” Fox said. “Recently, he gave her something, but I don’t know if it was an engagement ring. But it was a beautiful ring,” she added.

In 2021, Link took some jabs at Fox over comments the latter made about 50 Cent. In an interview with DJ Vlad, Fox called 50 the “love of my life.” She also claimed that Fif was going to propose at one point.

Link took to IG to comment on the clip that The Shade Room posted, writing “aww” alongside a violin emoji. Link later continued on Twitter, writing, “it’s giving menopause.” Fox then revealed that TSR hadn’t posted the entire clip, wherein she called Link “beautiful,” prompting Link to apologize.

Fif responded to Fox’s interview a few days later, confirming that he was going to propose to her and saying he’s “never bothered” when she calls him the love of her life. 50 Cent and Fox dated in 2003 before ending their relationship. She later appeared in his video for the song "Do You Think About Me," which you can watch below.
