Turns out that Kendall Jenner didn’t take that really cute photo of a deer in a bed of flowers that everyone saw on her Instagram. The photo was actually taken by the Fuzzy Fawn Wildlife Rescue, an organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and releases unhealthy deer in Buffalo, New York.
According to TMZ, the owner of the organization, Fuzzy Fawn, “Has no problem with Kendall grabbing the pic and sharing it with her 87 million Instagram followers.” Bella Hadid reposted the photo to her Instagram story.
But neither Kendall or Bella tagged the rescue organization or gave the owner any credit for the photo. “Kendall and Bella could have done her a HUGE solid by exposing their followers to her website and giving animal lovers a chance to donate.” Rehabilitating a single fawn costs around $500. Last year, the organization rehabbed 78 of them.
Fuzzy Fawn later took to Instagram to further explain her side of the story in the matter.
Apparently, even Bella’s mother Yolanda Hadid shared a photo from the organization and credited Fuzzy Fawn.
We all know that Kendall is a fan of borrowing without asking. In July, Kylie and Kendall were sued for their 2Pac and Notorious B.I.G. t-shirts. They were then sued again over the t-shirts in September. In August, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were accused of cultural appropriation for taking a fashion item from cholo/chola culture. Their penchant for stealing runs in the family, too: Kim Kardashian was just called out for dubbing her braided hairstyle “Bo Derek Braids.” When will the Jenner-Kardashian clan learn?
