Marvel has released the official trailer for The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, which hits Disney+ on Nov. 25.
Written and directed by James Gunn, who wrote and directed the two previous Guardians as well as the forthcoming The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the film stars Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Kevin Bacon, and features Vin Diesel as Groot and Bradley Cooper as Rocket.
The film chronicles Drax (Bautista) and Mantis Drax (Dave Bautista) and Mantis (Klementieff) as they journey to Hollywood in search of Kevin Bacon, who they plan on gifting to Pratt’s Starlord, who’s still mourning the loss of his beloved Gamora.
And as the trailer suggests, it looks like they were able to snag the real life Bacon to play himself in the role.
Merry Christmas, indeed.
