California’s Hidden Hills continues to attract hip-hop A-listers, with Lil Wayne becoming the latest rapper to set up shop in the high-profile celebrity enclave.

According to TMZ, the Young Money boss has purchased a $15.4 million, 12,135-square-foot modern farmhouse right down the street from Kylie Jenner. Granted, Kylie owns three different homes in the area, so it’s probably best to hold off on calling them close neighbors for now.

Originally listed for $15.75 million, the custom estate includes seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast room, a wet bar, a refrigerated wine display, gym, and a home theater. Sitting on 3.26 acres, the outside features a pool, a basketball court, multiple patios, and a one-bedroom guest house.

The home serves as Wayne’s first West Coast real estate purchase. He also owns a 10,632-square-foot mansion on Allison Island off the coast of Miami Beach, which he purchased in 2018 for $16.75 million.

Situated roughly 30 miles outside of Los Angeles, the exclusive gated community counts many hip-hop artists among their longtime residents, most notably Kanye West, Drake, French Montana, and the Weeknd
