The latest news to trickle from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley's domestic dispute from earlier this month comes from a copy of the emergency protective order against the Jersey Shore cast member obtained by TMZ.

The document alleges that at one point during their dispute, Ortiz-Magro threatened to kill Harley. It also details the alleged assault.

"Victim knocked on neighbor's door and set baby on ground," the protective order doc adds. "Suspect grabbed baby and dragged victim to the ground. Suspect punched victim with closed fist on face, causing visible injury."

Ortiz-Magro claims that he never threatened Harley and was only reacting out of concern for his daughter's well-being. He also accuses Jen of dangling Ariana over a fence and that she had been drinking heavily at an event earlier in the day. Meanwhile, Harley claimed that Ronnie had been doing cocaine prior to displaying such erratic behavior.

The protective order stipulates Ortiz-Magro can not be within 100 yards of Harley and their daughter. He has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Jen's home. A hearing was held on Friday to extend protective order since it was set to expire that same day. Ortiz-Magro agreed to stay away from his family during his pending arraignment on a felony kidnapping charge, according to TMZ.
