Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande got matching tattoos, according to TMZ. The ink reads "mille tendresse," which translates from French to "a thousand tendernesses."

Grande originally got the tattoo in 2014 on the back of her neck. Pete demonstrated yet another permanent symbol of his affection when he got the same phrase tattooed in the same spot on his neck.

The reference is actually from Audrey Hepburn's character Holly Golightly in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's. After a sentimental interaction with her beloved Fred, played by George Peppard, Holly says, "Bless you, darling Fred. Please forgive the other night. You were an angel about the whole thing. Mille tendresse."

The ink isn't Davidson's first Ariana-inspired tattoo. The comedian has Grande's initials on his thumb, as well as the bunny ears featured on Ariana's Dangerous Woman album cover on the back of his neck. Davidson also inked a picture of a baby pig, which the couple has as a pet.

Ariana has also shown love in her tattoo decisions as well. The singer has "8418" tattooed on her foot, which was Davidson's late father's badge number, a firefighter who died on 9/11.
