Miguel and Nazanin Mandi are back together, the longtime couple revealed on Instagram Tuesday.

The two announced their reunion nearly five months after they split back in September. The breakup followed 17 total years as a couple, three of which were spent married following their 2018 wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in California.

Both Miguel and Mandi shared a photoshoot on Instagram to ring in the occasion, calling themselves the “Pimentel’s” yet again. The couple is rocking sunglasses in the photos, and both are decked out in leather, looking as comfortable as they’ve always been with each other, even following the split that a rep confirmed to People magazine months back.

“Heal the root so the tree is stable,” Mandi wrote. “I’m so proud of us.”

Miguel’s caption was a bit simpler, as he wrote the words “love heals” to go along with his black-and-white photo set. As Entertainment Tonight reports, fans started to think love was healing when they spotted Miguel on one of Mandi’s Instagram Stories as she was recovering from Lasik surgery. In the clip, both of them could be seen rocking eye patches.

“He has Lasik sympathy pains for me lol,” she captioned the video. “[He] couldn’t have me be the only one wearing an eye patch.”

As for what’s new with Miguel, the singer fittingly joined Diplo for the new song “Don’t Forget My Love” last week. It will be a part of the DJ’s first solo album in 18 years—the 14-track project titled Diplo—which arrives next month.
