Maxo Kream gives us a glimpse of his fast-paced lifestyle one snapshot at a time with the visuals for his new song, “Jigga Dame.”
Prior to dropping off the video, Maxo shared clips to his social media to build hype for the track.
As the name suggests, “Jigga Dame” finds Maxo rapping about how he leads a similar lifestyle to two hip-hop legends and moguls, Jay-Z and Dame Dash, who co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records. Over the course of the short song, Maxo, who signed a management deal with Roc Nation back in 2019, flexes his impressive flow along while riding through the city in crimson blue muscle cars and puffer jackets.
Maxo releases “Jigga Dame” while still riding the success of his 2021 album, Weight of the World. The southern rapper also recently concluded his Big Persona Tour in his native Texas this week. One of the biggest aspects of Maxo’s personality is his loyalty and attachment to his community.
In a recent interview with Complex, the rapper said, “What it’s really like representing and putting on for the city is me going out, going harder, and keep being Maxo. I’m a representation of the city. I feel like when I’m doing me—that’s my best foot forward. I got the city on my back. We’re rocking.”
