As 2022 begins to wind down, Lil Uzi Vert fans are continuing to be well-fed ahead of a new year that’s shaping up to be quite a massive one for the Uziverse.

Friday morning, Uzi rolled out the official video for their recently released track “Just Wanna Rock.” The video, available above, was helmed by Eternal Atake short film director Gibson Hazard and sees Uzi taking a fittingly intergalactic approach to bringing the highly replayable track to life.

Additional “Just Wanna Rock” video credits include Oliver Cannon as executive creative director, Joseph Boyd as video commissioner, House of Hazard and ShotClock as production companies, and Jagger Corcione as producer. Meanwhile, the dance at the center of Hazard’s visual was created by @drewjeeezy on TikTok.

The new video arrives following official word that next year will indeed be bringing with it a headlining tour from Uzi, notably marking their first such jaunt since 2018. As reported in October, Uzi will be launching a 20-city headlining trek in March. Additional details on the tour, including ticket info, are set to be announced soon.

While fans are still awaiting further updates on the impending Pink Tape unveiling, the promising news has continued to stack up. In a recent Complex cover story, for example, Yeat revealed the estimated size of his and Uzi’s catalog of unreleased collaborations.

As Yeat told Eric Skelton in the recently released interview, he and Uzi have “probably 200” songs in the can.

“That’s my brother,” Yeat said at the time. “[Uzi] just knows that I’m the new wave.”
