Roc Nation showcased off its roster with the release of a rooftop cypher session featuring HDBeenDope, Reuben Vincent, Huey V, KUR, and Rapsody, .

Hosted by Jadakiss and Young Guru, the cypher was filmed on the rooftop of Roc Nation headquarters in Manhattan, and sees each rapper freestyle over a signature beat from Jay-Z’s catalog.

Rapsody, the veteran of the group, who signed with Roc Nation in 2016, kicked things off with a freestyle over the beat from The Blueprint cut “Renegade.”

“I give a fuck about a list/There’s more important things, we still pouring out for Nip,” she raps.

The cypher also includes freestyles from North Carolina rapper and 9th Wonder protege, Reuben Vincent, who inked a deal with Roc Nation last year; Brooklyn native HDBeenDope, who recently released his Roc Nation debut EP What Can They Say; as well as Milwaukee rapper Huey V and Philadelphia-bred Kur, both of whom signed deals with the label in the past year.

Check out the full cypher, which was executive produced by Cheyenne Anthony and Teanna Thomas from a concept from Anthony, up top. The production company that worked on the cypher was ORNG Studio.
