Watch Shiggy Jokingly Confront Drake About Rumored "In My Feelings" Check

Shiggy was rumored to have received a $250,000 check from Drake for his "In My Feelings" boost, but that didn't actually happen. Now, Shiggy is (jokingly) confronting Drake about a payout.

You want another article about Drake's "In My Feelings," right? Hopefully so, because that's what this is.

Late Tuesday night, Shiggy—a.k.a. the guy who kicked off the song's accompanying dance challenge—uploaded a quick Instagram clip in which he jokingly confronted Drake about that still-rumored $250,000 payout. "Had to tell him it's too late for all that I'm ya brother shit," Shiggy said in the caption.

The clip shows Shiggy, who was apparently joking about not being in the "In My Feelings" music video, approaching Drake with a money-related inquiry. "Yo, what's up, bro?" he says. "I heard you gave me 250. I don't know where my check is at, bro." Drake then blames the delay on international matters.

"When I called Universal, they said, like, it's international from Canada to New York so it's on the way . . . It's on the way, baby, It's on the way," he said. "You know what happens, I don't know if you've ever sent out a wire, but when you send out a wire, it's basically seven to ten days." The internet, Drake added, "is crazy."

Earlier this month, Drake publicly thanked Shiggy for the boost he's given to the Scorpion cut. "Man got me a No. 1 record today," Drake said. "Oh my god!"

In an ideal world, we'd be pumping out articles like this one about "Summer Games" instead, but I digress.
