JAY-Z will be hosting a blackjack tournament with a $100,000 buy-in for his inaugural Shawn Carter Foundation gala in November.

The tournament, which will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, will set a $500,000 jackpot for the lucky winner. It'll take place on Nov. 15 and is an invitation-only event.

Meek Mill and Rihanna are just a few of the celebrities that are expected to attend, along with Beyoncé, of course. The Dreams and Nightmares rapper will also be participating in the blackjack tournament.

The black tie gala will include a live concert by Alicia Keys, in what the hotel website calls "an intimate one-time-only performance to benefit The Shawn Carter Foundation on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 9:30 p.m."

Excited to announce 15X Grammy Award winning icon @AliciaKeys for an exclusive, one-night only performance on November 16th to benefit the Shawn Carter Foundation. The Shawn Carter Foundation, founded in 2003 by JAY-Z and his mother, Gloria Carter, provides low-income students with scholarships, study abroad opportunities, college workshops, and more. Proceeds from the gala will go towards the foundation's fund.

“Equipping our youth with the tools to succeed will always be a priority for me and my family,” JAY-Z said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to continuing that mission at this year’s Shawn Carter Foundation Gala Weekend, where we’ll celebrate our scholars and continue to support young people in a meaningful way.”

Back in April, the billionaire rapper announced a partnership with Toyota for the Shawn Carter Foundation annual black college bus tour. The program gives students the opportunity to visit several historically black colleges and universities around the country.
