While Drake may be soon celebrating the 10-year anniversary of his third album Nothing Was The Same, this week marked 8 years since he released What A Time To Be Alive, his collaborative album with Future.

The official OVO Sound Instagram account uploaded a clip of Drake, Future, and Metro Boomin working on the album's opener "Digital Dash."

The brief video sees Drake rapping along to his verse while Metro Boomin dances along and Future nods his head.

What A Time To Be Alive would provide fans with hits like "Diamonds Dancing" and "Jumpman" and serve as a baseline for many more collaborations that followed including "Wait For U," "D4L," and "Life Is Good."

With Drake's forthcoming album For All The Dogs due out in two weeks and no confirmed tracklist as of yet, it's possible the two are in the midst of cooking up a brand new song together.

Until now, Drake has only released "Slime You Out," featuring SZA and has hinted that Nicki Minaj and Bad Bunny would appear on the album.

For All The Dogs releases on Oct 6.
