Ari Lennox announced Thursday that her upcoming tour will be her last.

“Age Sex Location will be my last tour,” Lennox wrote on Twitter. “I love my genuine fans so much and can’t wait to give you my all every night!!”

Ari Lennox showed us a board of like 80 songs she had for her next album, she released the tracklist and it only had 12 songs.

We don’t even take in how much work/effort it takes to put an album out. Something I’m going to appreciate more. pic.twitter.com/VLigPsJ9GC

The “Pressure” singer also said there will not be a European leg of the age/sex/location tour “due to reasons out of my control.”

Ari dropped her sophomore studio album age/sex/location in September. Ahead of its release, Dreamville founder J. Cole shared a text message he received from Lennox in response to his question about what age/sex/location means to her. “I needed to know cuz I fuck with it so heavy,” he explained in an Instagram post. “What I hear is the highs, lows, joys and pains of dating life in 2022. But her answer made it even deeper for me.”

“Transitional space. Very vulnerable codependent and validation seeking part of my life,” she responded. “I remember the countless times I was kicked out of dating apps because they didn’t think I was really myself, it reminded me of those age/sex/location days where I actually wasn’t being myself in those chat rooms.”

Lennox had 80 songs for age/sex/location before it was ultimately trimmed down to 12 tracks.

The age/sex/location tour begins on Jan. 26 in Las Vegas, and concludes on March 28 in Washington, D.C.
