Though Cassie hasn’t officially opened up about her confirmed split with Diddy, he has a message for her.

The 48-year-old mogul took to Instagram on Friday to let Cassie know that she’ll always be his girl. “If anyone sees Cassie this weekend please tell her to listen to this song 100 times,” Diddy wrote alongside a screenshot of “The Lady in My Life,” from Michael Jackson’s Thriller album.

In the song, Jackson is evidently longing for another go with his lost love. In that same vein, it seems like Diddy wants to rekindle his romance with Cassie.

But everything between Cassie and Diddy might not be copacetic. A rep for Cassie substantiated the break up earlier this month, while rumors swirled that Diddy is now dating model Jocelyn Chew after the two were reportedly spotted together.

While Cassie hasn’t directly commented on the split, she has made a cryptic social media post. This week, she posted a statement to her Instagram story that said, “Fuck these hoes,” and has since unfollowed Diddy.

According to PEOPLE, a source said both Diddy and Cassie remain “amicable and [they're still] friends,” also adding “Cassie is going to focus on her music and acting career.” Another source said Diddy is currently single, though he was spotted with Chew at a Drake and Migos concert that took place in L.A. on Oct. 12.
