Diddy and Cassie Ventura are reportedly no longer a thing. Who cares, that's none of my business, why is anyone reporting on shit like this, etc.

The news comes from a variety of so-called "sources," so we've just selected one at random to source for this trite article. "The decision was amicable and they remain friends," one "source" told the source collectors over atPeople Wednesday. "Cassie is going to focus on her music and acting career." Apparently, LoveBScott had the original "exclusive" on this.

This alleged conscious uncoupling occurs more than a decade after the two were first linked together in the press. Over the years, however, both have understandably and wisely kept it mostly coy as hell when discussing relationship matters in public. "I'm a very lucky man," Diddy said on Instagram back in 2012.

As for Cassie's new music mentioned in the alleged source's comments, she shared a Ciroc-backed studio shot from the Record Plant studio in Los Angeles over the summer:

Last year, she released the singles "Love a Loser" featuring G-Eazy and "Don't Play It Safe."

"It's been like a long transformation over a period of time," she toldBillboard last year of her musical journey. "A lot of my friends say to me—and it makes me feel really good—even though my life has changed and things have developed, I haven't changed. My heart is still the same, it's still in the same place."

Diddy, meanwhile, recently teased a "production meeting" he had with Travis Scott, Pharrell Williams, and Teddy Riley:
