Back in November, Pierre "Pee" Thomas gifted Drake with an iced-out chain featuring the Quality Control initials. Thomas shared the moment on Instagram along with the caption, "FOREVER GRATEFUL, THANK YOU ..."

The photos immediately ignited rumors of a Quality Control-OVO partnership, with many speculating that Drake was joining the QC family. Though this would definitely be a major deal, QC signee Lil Baby isn't convinced that this is the case. He recently spoke about the rumors during an appearance on the Breakfast Club.

"I don't know nothing about that," he said, when asked about the Drake-QC whispers. Baby said he believed the chain was nothing more than a gift; perhaps a "thank you" for all the work Drake put in during the Aubrey and the Three Amigos Tour.

"I'm almost sure that's what it is, like, some brother s**t. You know what I'm sayin'?" Baby explained. "Like, Drake, he pass out OVO [gifts]. It's like a family gift [...] Not like partnership."

The Atlanta rapper, who released his Street Gossip tape last week, also spoke about the Tory Lanez vs. Joyner Lucas lyrical battle. Baby previously co-signed Lucas on social media, calling the rapper "hard af." But he insists he still "f**ks with his previous collaborator Lanez.

Baby said he discovered Lucas on a mixtape app during the rapper's battle against Lanez.

"So, I checked both of [their freestyles] out. And I was like, 'Well, this n***a, he can rap. This n***a hard as hell," he said about Lucas (13:00). "[...] Now, if it were some beef I wouldn't say s**t about no grown men, period. But that was on some 'rap cool' s**t."
