Remember where you on Saturday, April 13th, 2019, because it will forever be known as the day that BTS took over New York City.

The K pop supergroup ascended on Studio 8H on Saturday, for their hugely anticipated Saturday Night Live  performance. The group’s first performance of the night was an electric rendition of their new single “Boy With Love.” Decked out in black suits, V, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, Jin, RM, and J-Hope showed why they're one of the biggest pop acts on the planet.

I’m so proud of them. Impressed that they pulled it off on the small snl stage too. Good job @BTS_twt!! Love you!! #BTSxSNL https://t.co/Nq4CNYsIOm

The seven group members showed off their signature choreography and unparalleled stage presence just a day after the release of their seven-track album, Map of the Soul: Persona.

The only people that can make anything look ROYAL AF!!! @BTS_twt #BTSxSNL https://t.co/KY5SmBQp8c

The frenzy surrounding BTS’ performance was apparent throughout the evening, as the audience erupted whenever host Emma Stone slyly dropped their name.

For their second song, the group performed their banger "Mic Drop," and, well, you can probably guess how Twitter reacted.

Earlier this year, BTS made Grammy history when their best-selling album Love Yourself: Tear became the first Korean album to be nominated for the coveted best recording package category.
