A limousine driver has filed a lawsuit against Quavo over an alleged assault that he says went down in Las Vegas earlier this year, TMZ reports.

The driver was hired by Quavo and his crew on July 3. Things allegedly got physical after the passengers in the vehicle began to complain that he left someone behind. The driver claims that he attempted to defuse the situation, but was told to “shut the fuck up” by someone in the party. Someone threw a bottle at him, and then at least five of the passengers began to punch and kick him.

He added that the staff at the Virgin Hotel, the destination the driver took Quavo and his crew to, saw the alleged assault and did nothing to break it up. He is seeking unspecified damages from Quavo, Migos Touring, and the hotel for the injuries he suffered, which he alleges left him disfigured.

It is unclear if Takeoff and Offset were present at the time of the alleged attack, but the group has yet to address the lawsuit publicly.

Quavo isn’t the only Migos rapper facing a lawsuit. Last month, it was reported that Offset is being sued by Platinum Motorsports, a luxury vehicle rental service in Los Angeles, over a Bentley he allegedly failed to return. According to reports, he owes the company $950,000. He rented the vehicle in Spring 2020, and the lawsuit defaulted on Nov. 3 so now he has to pay the large sum.

Complex has reached out to Quavo’s reps for comment.
