Nas and Amy Winehouse

Veteran producer Salaam Remi has been in the music industry for decades, forming strong working relationships with a large number of influential artists. Among those collaborators are Nas and the late Amy Winehouse, with whom he previously teamed up on 2012's Life Is Good single "Cherry Wine." Now, he's got Nas alongside Winehouse's iconic vocals again with "Find My Love."

"Working with friends is the best part of being a creator," Remi said of the track. "With Nas and Amy being two of my closest creative partners over the years, this organically feels like the first song from my Do It for the Culture 2 collection of songs." Representatives for Remi told Pitchfork that Winehouse's contributions came from an old jam session. Remi worked as a producer on Winehouse's debut album Frank, while also serving as a co-producer alongside Mark Ronson on Back to Back.

"Find My Love," which can be streamed via Spotify above, features Nas rapping over a jazz-influenced beat filled with Winehouse's freestyle-like vocals. The track is the first single from Remi's new compilation album Do It for the Culture 2. The original Do It for the Culture released back in 2017.

Winehouse died in 2011 at the age of 27, and it was recently announced that a biopic about her is coming. Revisit her Nas duet "Cherry Wine" below.
