On Wednesday, musician and actor Harry Styles announced he’s gearing up to release his new album Harry’s House.
The former One Direction member announced the record alongside its striking cover art, which features him standing in a sparse, upside-down room. He also shared a brief teaser, above, which sees a house on a stage pulled up over Styles like a reverse version of Buster Keaton’s famous stunt from Steamboat Bill Jr.
The 13-track follow-up to 2019’s Fine Line is due to arrive on May 20.
While Styles hasn’t released new music in quite a while, Harry’s House thankfully means that will change soon. Alongside his music career, he’s been increasingly involved in the world of acting, appearing in a post-credits scene of Marvel’s Eternals as Eros, the brother of Avengers big bad Thanos. Director Chloé Zhao said she was inspired to cast him after she saw him in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk.
Styles has a number of other projects on the way this year, including his next film role in Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling. The psychological thriller, in which Styles co-stars alongside Florence Pugh and Chris Pine, is scheduled to hit theaters Sept. 23. The singer has been in a relationship with Wilde since early 2021, following her split from Jason Sudeikis. Harry is also set to appear in My Policeman, playing a closeted gay police officer in ’50s Britain.
