24kGoldn returns with the video for his new single “In My Head,” featuring Travis Barker.
The visual, co-directed by Goldn and Andrew Sandler, follows the Bay Area native as he hits the open road following a breakup. However, he finds it difficult to get his ex out of his head, as he continues to see her image throughout his travels.
“And this pain that I’m feelin’ great enough to be shared by two,” he sings. “You used to be obsessed/Now you won’t even glance in my direction when I walk in the room.”
The video features Goldn entering the metaverse in avatar form, which he created by alongside virtual avatar startup Genies. You can check out the “In My Head” visual above, and stream the track now on all major platforms.
In conjunction with the single release, Goldn has kicked off the El Dorado Concert Experience, an immersive virtual event hosted on Roblox. The “high-fidelity experience” will include merch, a scavenger hunt, and Goldn’s first public performance of “In My Head,” as well as other fan-favorite tracks from his debut album, El Dorado.
Goldn is now gearing up to embark on a 14-date North American tour with Lil Bean and Bailey Bryan. The trek begins May 6 in Denver and will conclude May 25 in Nashville. Check out the full schedule below.
