The 2020 experience notably marks the first decade milestone for the festival, which this year runs from June 5 through June 7. Both General Admission and VIP tickets will launch sales this Friday at noon ET. While you wait, check out the festival's 10 Years: A Retrospective page.

Ahead of Thursday's Governors Ball lineup announcement, Missy released a new song and video titled, "Why I Still Love You."

Back in August, Missy accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2019 Video Music Awards. During her speech, Missy shouted out the global dance community and thanked her fans for the years of support.

"I have worked diligently for over two decades, and I never thought that I would be standing up here receiving this award, so it means so much to me," she said. Previous winners of the Vanguard Award include Kanye West, Madonna, and Britney Spears.

The Missy legacy, of course, is undeniable. As a sign of her generations-spanning impact, Missy was among the artists named by Megan Thee Stallion last year when asked to reveal her personal picks for the top 5 MCs.
