Irv Gotti has a dark sense of humor.
During a recent conversation with TMZ Live, Gotti revealed that he talked about sex with both his daughter and her boyfriend. This led the music executive to reveal he pulled out a gun during said conversation. "It was funny because I pulled a gun out on him," Gotti said. "But I was only joking!.. I have a great relationship with her boyfriend."
Gotti's comments were in response to T.I.'s recent admission. Last week, an audio clip surfaced in which Tip claimed to accompany his daughter to the gynecologist "to check her hymen."
"This is the thing," Tip said while on the Ladies Like Uspodcast. "Deyjah's 18, just graduated high school now and she's attending her first year of college, figuring it out for herself. And yes, not only have we had the conversation, we have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen... So I say, 'Look doc, she don't ride no horses, she don't ride no bike, she don't play no sports. Just check the hymen please and give me back my results expeditiously."
As for Gotti, he said he tried to create a two-way dialogue that's filled with honesty when having "the talk" with his daughter. "I keep it real with my kids. I don't lie to my kids. So I told her 'sex feels good,'" Gotti said. "But I was like 'Yo, just make sure it's respectful...' and I told her boyfriend 'Just always be respectful.'"
