Quality Control is back with new music and a promise to drop even more.
On Thursday night, the Atlanta-based label dropped off two new songs. There's Lil Baby and DaBaby's appropriately titled "Baby" and City Girls and Saweetie's "Come On." The former was produced by Wheezy while the latter was produced by DJ Durel.
Earlier in the day, the folks at QC revealed they were dropping Control the Streets Volume 2. The compilation project will be out on August 16.
The first installment of Control the Streets dropped back in December of 2017. It boasted appearances from Migos, Lil Yachty, City Girls, Kodak Black, Travis Scott, Gucci Mane, Nicki Minaj, Ty Dolla Sign, YRN Lingo, Young Thug, Lil Baby, Marlo, Kollision, Cardi B, Tee Grizzley, and MoneyBagg Yo.
"I just think that we got so many talented artists over here," OC co-founder Pierre "Pee" Thomas told Complex back in 2018. "And the only thing we do is work. We work non-stop. Ain’t no use sitting on this stuff. Ain’t no use sitting on the product. All my artists is hustlers. When you got good work and good product, the people need to have it. You understand what I’m saying? It’s simple as that."
