New footage shows YoungBoy Never Broke Again and the mother of his baby getting into a confrontation with police.
TMZ obtained the police body camera footage. In the clip, NBA and his baby mama, Starr Thigpen, were apprehended outside a hotel room. One of the cops is seen pulling a taser at him.
NBA and Thigpen argued with the cops in the hotel hallway—the cop saying that Thigpen “slapped somebody”—which led the cops to pull out their tasers. NBA was pinned against the wall by one of the cops, though it wasn’t used. The entire time, Thigpen is seen asking to see her baby as NBA gets pinned against the wall by cops. The taser wasn't used.
The incident took place in an Atlanta hotel in February that resulted in NBA getting arrested for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, “use of fighting words,” and physical obstruction with another.
TMZ reports that NBA and Thigpen were in a hotel room that was supposed to be vacant. When housekeeping entered the room, NBA told Thigpen to kick them out. She then allegedly attacked the maids, hitting one in the face.
Prosecutors didn’t pursue the misdemeanor charges, according to the outlet.
