For his performance, which you can watch up top, Meek brought out Jeremih and PnB Rock for the Legends of the Summercut "Dangerous."

Meek's last appearance on Fallon went down in August of last year. Soon after, the rapper was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment once police caught wind of an IG post showing Meek riding a dirt bike in NYC.

Earlier this month, Meek and Dream Chasers donated more than 6,000 backpacks, which were filled with school supplies, to Philadelphia public school students. "Growing up in Philly, I’ve watched families struggle to make ends meet and buy basic school supplies for their kids," Meek said via a statement. "Those memories stay with me and that’s why I’m committed to giving back to families in my hometown, putting smiles on kids’ faces and helping them start the school year on the right note with the right supplies."
