Freeway might still be waiting for a new kidney, but that's not going to stop him from putting out a new album. After being diagnosed with kidney failure in 2015, Freeway detailed his health struggles on his 2016 album Free Will. The follow-up initially scheduled for earlier this month, Think Free, has now arrived.

Clearly not letting his health get in the way of his music, the record sees Freeway at his best. Featuring appearances from Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert, Jadakiss, BJ The Chicago Kid, Fat Joe, and Faith Evans among others, Think Free has him busting out all his famous friends for a stacked affair.

Since his diagnosis, Freeway has been incredibly open with his fans about his health. During an interview not long after his diagnosis, he explained, “I had a routine physical with my primary care doctor. I gave blood one day and I went on the road for the weekend. Then I came back and I was at home lying in bed and I got a call from my primary care physician who told me to get to the closest emergency room because my levels was off. My kidney functions was real low and everything was just out of wack. I didn’t know what it was. I was just in tears.”
