Amiri is covering all possible angles with the rollout of its Autumn/Winter 2022 collection, including by sharing a mini-documentary giving fans a behind-the-scenes look into the creative process behind a runway show.

The doc is animated using artwork from Wes Lang and gives viewers unparalleled access to the uniquely inspired journey he and creative director Mike Amiri embarked on for the Los Angeles-centered collection.

In October, select retailers will begin offering what’s been billed as an “extensive monograph” titled AMIRI Wes Lang. The book is set to be published by Rizzoli. As for the collection itself, pieces will be available to shop at Amiri stores as well as other retailers worldwide, not to mention via the official brand site.

Amiri—founded by the aforementioned Mike Amiri in 2014—opened the doors to its inaugural flagship store on Rodeo Drive in the Beverly Hills area in 2020. In 2021, additional stores were announced, including locations in New York and Las Vegas. In recent social media posts, the brand has teased a new location in Chicago that’s set to open in January of next year.

But first, Amiri is expanding its in-person operations with a store at the Dubai Mall and a spot in Atlanta.
