Maxwell Snow Used Just About Every Leather Available

Californian artist Maxwell Snow started making clothes in 2014, when he grew tired of trends and seasons dictating what he could find. His label is rooted is classic, timeless pieces, taking its inspiration from America (where everything is produced), and focuses on craftsmanship and quality. The collection on show featured pretty much every kind of leather you can use, including horse, cow, bull, and lamb, and featured rabbit and fox fur. The denim wasn't too shabby either, and used the material they use to line space suits to protect your 'crown jewels' from the radiation of your phone when it's in your pocket. Handy, huh?

Blackfist Hate Summer

Unusually for an LA-based label, Blackfist hate summer, and love to work on outerwear in their collections. One of the few pieces actually being displayed was this black jacket, accompanied by a sign that read "not 4 fucking sale", which is an interesting sales tactic, to say the least. None-the-less, the label has a strong graphic aesthetic, and was definitely one of the highlights of the show.
