Eric Bledsoe was ejected early in the first quarter of Thursday's game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers after the referees caught him firing a fastball right to Joel Embiid.

Their brief exchange led to both teams getting into the NBA's latest posturing showdown where players from each side jaws at one another, maybe there's some light shoving, but that's about it.

Tensions are flaring early!

After the referees looked into their tussle, Bledsoe was tossed while Embiid was allowed stay. As some online pointed out, there was another equally important rule that the refs didn't look into when determining if Embiid should get the boot as well. Dodgeball rules.

Refs got this all wrong. Embiid should have been ejected twice.

Seems a little unfair that Bledsoe got tossed and Embiid didn't. Bledsoe caught the ball and Embiid didn't. By dodgeball rules, Embiid's gone.
