Doris Burke didn't know what to make of Drake wearing a shirt with her face on it and inviting her to dinner at his house.

Drake has been about as public as a guy can be in his pursuit of ESPN analyst Doris Burke. The first we heard of this was when Burke herself talked about how the Canadian rapper openly flirted with her during Game 6 of the 2016 Eastern Conference Finals. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Drake also wore a shirt with Burke's face on it during a game against the Warriors this season before asking Burke to come to his house—alone—for dinner on live TV. It was one of Drake's thirstier moments:

Drake just managed to ruin his cool shirt by inviting Doris Burke to his house for dinner "as long as she comes alone" This dude is so weird

Burke was super cool about the whole thing:

@Drake dinner is on ❤️️

But it sounds like she didn't know quite what to make of it all. On Wednesday morning, she appeared on ESPN's Mike & Mike, and the hosts started things off by asking her about Drake's advances. She said she has no idea why Drake has hit on her, and she also mentioned that her kids are just as perplexed by it as she is:

I would tell you that your question was my 22-year-old son’s question when he saw the shirt as well. 'What the heck is going on, mom?' I said, 'Son, I have absolutely no idea.'

To follow up on that, Burke was then asked by the pair of Mikes if she plans on taking Drake up on his dinner offer. And she wasn't exactly willing to speak much about it. "Listen, I don't talk out of school," she said. "You will know nothing."

Damn. So maybe that T-shirt did the trick after all? Guess we'll never know.
