When Cristiano Ronaldorecorded a hat trick in less than 20 minutes earlier this month, we thought it would probably be the craziest scoring feat we'd see in the world of soccer in September. We were wrong. Very wrong.
This afternoon, Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski scored not one, not two, not three, not four, but five goals in a game against Wolfsburg. And what's even more impressive is that he didn't need an entire game to do it. He did it in less than 10 minutes after coming on as a substitute with his team trailing 1-0 at the start of the second half.

Oh, and wait: It gets better! Lewandowski suffered an ankle injury recently, and he was actually questionable for today's match. Bayern Munich said he'd "probably" play in a statement released on the club's website over the weekend but that he wasn't expected to be at full strength. SO MUCH FOR THAT.
