After everything that has transpired over the course of the last five years, it’s safe to say that Hulk Hogan is not a big fan of Gawker. He just won $115 million from the media company (and an additional $25 million in punitive damages) as a result of a sex tape lawsuit that he filed against them—and he celebrated it by performing a leg drop on the Gawker logo in a tweet that he sent out Tuesday morning.

The feeling is mutual, too. In light of what happened during Hogan’s trial against the company, Gawker founder Nick Denton took to—where else?—Gawker yesterday to reveal that he plans on appealing the jury’s decision to award Hogan so much money. He doesn’t feel as though Hogan deserved to win.

With all of that in mind, can you imagine what would have happened if Hogan and Denton had ended up bumping into each other inside of a courthouse bathroom in the middle of the trial? Ha. Well, that’s exactly what happened. Hogan made an appearance on Good Morning America today, and in between talking about his thoughts on the outcome of the trial, he talked about what happened when he randomly ran into Denton in the restroom.

“About the middle of the trial, I walk into the men’s room, and it’s me and Nick Denton by ourselves in the restroom with nobody [else],” he said. “My first thought was, ‘What if he just falls down and holds his neck or something? Who are they going to believe?’ The second thought was ‘If this was WrestleMania and he was in the ring with me and it was just me and him, wouldn’t it be fun?’”

Fortunately, it didn’t go any further than that. But that must have been sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awkward. Check out the clip above to hear Hogan talk about their chance encounter.
