Cubs Fan Caught Punching Woman in the Stands at Wrigley Field

Why are there so many people cheering in the background during this video? We assume/hope it's because something was taking place on the field. But in the clip, you can clearly see some guy in a Cubs jersey hitting a woman who was seated near him at Wrigley Field over the weekend while a lot of people sit around and watch.

We don't know what happened to the guy after the video ended or if he got into any trouble for this. But the Cubs should definitely have someone look into it, because obviously, what took place here was unacceptable. And the fact that it seems like so many people sat by and didn't actually do anything about it until it was too late makes it look even worse.
