A few of the things that have become synonymous with the NBA Draft in recent years: drinking games, Jay Bilas using the term “wingspan,” and prospects showing up to the event dressed to the nines. It’s not enough these days to just look clean and put-together. Nay, you must flex.
And flex this year’s prospects have. Leading up to Thursday night’s draft, social media gave us plenty of looks at what all the top picks were wearing.
UCLA’s Lonzo Ball sported a Big Baller Brand tie, as did his father, LaVar.
Kansas’ Josh Jackson wore a rather stunty Rolex.
Kentucky’s De’Aaron Fox came in hot with the custom “LOVE” loafers.
Wake Forest’s John Collins also got nasty with the shoe game, sporting some expensive Louboutins.
But Washington’s Markelle Fultz certainly had the most creative shoes.
Gonzaga’s Zach Collins got in on the shoe battle, too, representing his hometown of Las Vegas, which also got some love on the inseam of his suit coat.
UNC’s Josh Jackson went for a more classic look.
And, last but not least, a look at this year’s draft caps.
